Product Description
This product is a ready-to-use mixture that contains 13 proteins of different molecular weight, 4 of which (10 kDa, 25 kDa, 45 kDa and 70 kDa) are pre-stained proteins. The 10 kDa and 45 kDa bands are blue, the 25 kDa band is green, and the 70 kDa band is pink. The rest 9 bands contain multiple IgG subtype binding site, which can bind antibody to the target protein at the same time. After ChemiLuminescence, a total of 9 bands of 15 kDa, 30 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa, 100 kDa, 150 kDa and 200 kDa can be displayed. The molecular weight of the target protein can be directly determined without stitching images after exposure, among which the 30 kDa and 80 kDa bands are intensity-enhanced bands.
The pre-stained protein of the product can dynamically observe the protein electrophoresis status and clearly judge the transmembrane effect of Western Blot. It can also indicate the shearing position of the transfer membrane.
Instruction
1. The product is a ready-to-use liquid. Take it out of the refrigerator, leave it stationarily at room temperature for a few minutes before using it.
2. The loading amount of the Marker can be adjusted according to actual experimental conditions such as different antibodies and ChemiLuminescence solutions.
Precaution
1. The product avoids repeated freezing and thawing and stored at -25℃~-15℃ after
sub-packaging.
2. Do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents to the product before using it.
3. After pre-stained band binding dye, the molecular weight will change during SDS-PAGE at different concentration of the gel. It is only for reference when used to judge the molecular weight of the target protein. For the separation of 10~200 kDa bands of protein, it is recommended to use New Flash Protein AnyKD PAGE Gel (Cat. No. 8012011).
4. This product is suitable for common membranes such as PVDF, nylon and cellulose acetate membranes.
5. The transfer effect is related to the transfer time and needs to be determined according to the size of the target band. If the transfer time is short, some of the large molecular weight bands may not be successfully transferred, which is a normal phenomenon.
