Description
This product is a three-color protein standard with 10 pre-stained proteins (10 to 2500 kDa) for use as molecular weight markers in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and western blot. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 70 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-PAGE (Tris-glycine-SDS buffer).
The protein ladder is conveniently provided in a ready-to-use form, allowing for direct application to gels without the requirement of heating, reducing, or the addition of sample buffer.

The result shows that CY5466 has excellent stability after 50 times repeatedly freezing and thawing.
