Shipping, Delivery, & Product Trials
As a scientific distributor, we fulfill many orders with unique shipping requirements. These requirements may include bulk pickups for freezers, dry ice for fetal bovine serum, and different storage conditions for components of the same product like our qPCR Pathogen Detection Kits. All of these factors require us to maintain strict QC protocols to ensure our warehouse is properly organized, our products are properly stored, and items are safely shipped and arrive safely with the customer.
Additionally, many of our researchers prefer samples or product demos to ensure that specific items are a good fit. As a distributor, we are happy to provide this service and frequently accept product trials.
How we fulfill orders?
Depending on the product, and recipient country, we fulfill orders one of three ways.
- 1.Fulfillment from our inventory stock (from our U.S. or China warehouse) (Most orders)
- 2.Fulfillment from replenishing our inventory stock (from U.S. or China warehouse)
- 3.Fulfillment directly from manufacturer
