Description
The StarLighter Fluorometer X1 (FS-M2001) is a compact, single-sample instrument for fluorescence-based quantification. It provides assay modes for dsDNA, RNA, oligonucleotides, protein BR, and fluorometer measurements. Laboratories can measure samples using 1–20 µL of sample in a 0.5 mL transparent, thin-walled PCR tube. The instrument has a 5-inch touchscreen, two-point calibration, a read time of no more than 5 seconds per sample, and USB data export. It is for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
