International Shipping & Logistics
Biofargo Inc. proudly ships to over 100 countries worldwide, serving customers across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Middle East. Our team also provides support with international import processes and can assist customers in connecting with freight brokers or local distributors when needed.
Shipping Terms
Unless otherwise specified, shipments are made under DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms, meaning Biofargo Inc. covers all shipping and transportation costs up to the destination, while the customer is responsible for any applicable import tariffs, customs duties, and local taxes. Upon request, we can also offer alternative trade terms, including:
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
- EXW (Ex Works)
- Other customized Incoterm arrangements depending on customer requirements.
Freight Carriers & Dry Ice

Our preferred international carrier is FedEx International Express, ensuring reliable and timely global delivery. By default, we bill customers using our FedEx Acc aligned with our pre-negotiated rates with FedEx, and any applicable handling fees. However, at the customer's request, we can arrange shipments through:
- UPS
- DHL
- A preferred third-party logistics provider (3PL)

Dry Ice Shipments
- We are able to ship temperature-sensitive products internationally using dry ice packaging. A service fee of $55 USD applies for shipments containing approximately 40 lbs of dry ice.
- Upon request, we can bill your FedEx Acc # directly and charge shipping at cost.
