Accounting & Financial Information

For Customers (Accounts Receivable)

• Biofargo follows either Prepayment or Net 30 payment terms on all invoices, depending on eligibility requirements.
• Invoices are typically issued once products have been shipped or delivered.
• In certain cases—particularly for large equipment deliveries—invoice processing may be slightly delayed. If an invoice is issued more than 30 days after delivery, payment will be due upon receipt.
• Overdue invoices will first receive several written notices. If payment remains outstanding, the matter may be escalated to the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Collections.

For Suppliers, Vendors, & Partners (Accounts Payable)

• Biofargo generally operates under Net 30 payment terms with vendors.
• We are committed to paying vendor invoices promptly and maintaining strong financial relationships with our partners.

Reporting & Receipts

• We are happy to provide reporting and transaction records for customers and vendors when requested.
• Reports are generated directly from our accounting platform, Intuit QuickBooks.

Financial History & Credit Information

• Biofargo is a privately held company and does not publicly disclose full financial statements.
• Upon request, we can provide select financial metrics for supplier or partner evaluation purposes.
• Credit references and customer references from companies we have worked with are also available upon request.
