REFUND POLICY

At Biofargo Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We are further committed to ensuring our customers, guests, and visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) have a positive experience. Biofargo Inc. is committed to transparency which is why these policies are clearly stated herein. Through interacting with Biofargo Inc., you automatically agree to the entirety of this privacy policy stated on this document.

LIMITED REFUND POLICY

We are not able to offer refunds under all circumstances. Assume all sales are final. Exceptions to this policy will only be made under specific circumstances at our sole discretion or as required by law.

Specific circumstances where a refund may be issued will only be accepted within the following terms outlined below.

STATEMENT ON ELIGIBLE REFUNDS

Refunds will only be considered for unexcluded products (see below); unopened products; within 7 days of product receipt; and that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • The product is unfulfillable or not delivered within 90 days of purchase. 

  • The product is visibly damaged upon receipt, not working as intended, or not as described.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the condition of any product within 7 days of receipt. After which point, we assume the product was received in good condition.

Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances. If you are eligible for a refund, and wish to return an item, please reach our customer service team at contact@biofargo.com 

PRODUCT EXCLUSIONS FROM REFUNDS

Products not in completely resalable condition (including products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling or packaging) are not generally eligible for a refund. Additional excluded products include:

  • Chemicals, reagents, diagnostics, sterile, or other restricted items.

  • Laboratory apparatus or instruments that have been used or are missing original packaging.

  • Temperature sensitive items or perishables (e.g., antibodies). 

  • Products that were purchased on a special order basis.

  • Products that were not purchased from Biofargo Inc. directly.

  • Expired products, or products with a shelf life too limited for resale (usually within 3-6 months). 

  • Discontinued or clearance items.

  • Medical devices.

  • Products that contain mercury.

  • Controlled goods and hazardous substances. 

If your excluded product is damaged or not working as intended, please reach us at contact@biofargo.com and we may review your refund request on a case-by-case basis.

CUSTOMER RESOLUTIONS

Biofargo Inc. is committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. We are proud to offer comprehensive customer support to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. We may, on occasion, offer one or more of the following resolutions:

  1. Store Credit - In cases where we did not meet our high expectations of customer satisfaction, we may occasionally offer store credits.

  2. Future Discount - In cases where we did not meet our high expectations of customer satisfaction, we may occasionally offer future discounts.

  3. Exchanges - We may occasionally offer exchanges in cases where products are damaged or defective.

  4. Replacements - We may occasionally offer replacements for products lost in transit or otherwise damaged.

  5. Refund - Under specific circumstances outlined above we may offer a full or partial refund. A refund will be issued as a credit back to the form of original payment.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s). 

Order resolutions are offered at the sole discretion of Biofargo Inc. and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. While we cannot guarantee resolutions for every situation, we remain dedicated to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure our customers are pleased with their purchase.

These policies may be modified at any time exclusively by Biofargo Inc.. These policies may be modified with or without notice. Any updates will be appended to this document. It is your sole responsibility to review these changes. 

This policy details the exclusive relationship between our customers, partners, and visitors (“you”, “your”, “yours”) and Biofargo Inc. (“us”, “we”, “our”). This policy is not valid for any other relationship or circumstance.

All of our products and services are at your own risk. We are not liable for any losses or damages. Through continued use of our services, you agree to these terms defined in this Refund Policy.
