Buffer passed through a 0.2 µm filter membrane, packaged aseptically, and confirmed RNase free.
Formulation
Frozen solution of buffer containing: 200mM HEPES, pH 7.0, 500mM KCl, 50mM MgCl2, 1mg/mL Prionex® (0.1% w/v).
Storage
Store at -20℃. To avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles aliquot product into smaller quantities.
