Description
The Rapid Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution uses an eco-friendly formula with high sensitivity, low background, and no toxic characteristics. It is compatible with both SDS-PAGE and non-denaturing protein fast staining. Nanogram-level protein bands can be observed with a minimum staining time of 15 minutes. The signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the bands can be further improved by rinsing with pure water. With Rapid Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution, there is no need for the multi-step, toxic destaining procedures typically associated with other gel staining systems.
