Operation Principles

Step1
Paste the sealing plate film on the board, remove the single sealing plate film from the packing bag, and then re-seal the packing bag to maintain the enzyme-free environment, keep the backing face up, hold the sealing plate film, and slowly tear off the backing along the tangent line.

Step2
Use the press plate to slowly scrape the seal plate film so that it is fully sealed to the plate. The film pressing step should be performed at least twice horizontally and vertically. Applying enough force (but not too much) is crucial to getting a good seal.

Step3
After sealing, check the plate carefully to make sure that the film is tightly attached to the plate. Verify the paste marks around each hole, that the entire surface of the plate (including the perimeter) is sealed, and that there is no liquid on the film. The sealing plate film should not be wrinkled, and if wrinkles are observed, the plate is not properly sealed.
