MycoSHENTEK® Mycobacterium Sensitivity Standard is a culture-based CFU (colony forming units) measurement, utilizing inactivated mycobacterium solution with no infection risk and incapable of cultivation. Each tube contains 100 CFU of Mycobacterium, ready for use upon addition to the sample matrix.
