Description
Residual E. coli DNA Size Analysis Kit is used to quantitate residual E.coli DNA of different fragment sizes at various stages of biopharmaceutical products, from in-process samples to final products.
The SHENTEK® Residual E.coli DNA Size Analysis Kit (2G) utilizes real-time PCR technique to perform rapid and specific quantitation of residual E.coli DNA fragments (FAM) in samples. It is designed to amplify four different fragments (85bp, 103bp, 220bp and 550bp) for the accurate determination of their size distribution at the femtograms (fg) level.
