Description
Fungi & Bacteria DNA Extraction Kit is designed for extracting and purifying trace amounts of fungal and bacterial DNA from biological samples, including cell cultures such as master cell banks and working cell banks, as well as biological products like vaccines and cell therapy products. It is also suitable for complex matrix biological products with high concentrations of cells (up to 106 cells).
The MicroSHENTEK® Fungi & Bacteria DNA Extraction Kit is validated according to the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia qPCR method. When used with the recommended extraction system, performance reaches 50-100 CFU/tube, and the detection limit with the corresponding test kit is no greater than 35 CFU/reaction.
This kit can utilize the rHCD purify® pretreatment system to achieve automated sample processing.
