Description
BioFargo 10X PBS (Phosphate‑Buffered Saline) is a versatile, molecular biology grade buffer solution designed to support a wide range of laboratory applications. Its concentrated 10X formulation allows easy dilution to 1X, providing a physiologically balanced environment for experimental workflows. Free from DNase, RNase, and protease, this solution is ideal for sensitive biological assays and routine lab procedures.
Each package contains 500 mL of 10X concentrated PBS, which can be diluted with sterile water to prepare 1X working solution. The 1X PBS solution contains 137 mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride, and 10 mM Phosphate Buffer, with a pH of 7.4–7.6 at 25 °C, suitable for maintaining physiological conditions.
