Description
This 10X PBS formulation is recommended for use in immunohistology protocols and other biological experiments requiring phosphate buffered saline.
Each package contains 500 mL of 10X concentrated PBS, which can be diluted with sterile water to prepare 1X working solution. The 1X PBS solution contains 137 mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride, and 10 mM Phosphate Buffer, with a pH of 7.4–7.6 at 25 °C, suitable for maintaining physiological conditions.
