Kanamycin Sulfate solution is a water-soluble antibiotic for cell culture. It is derived from Streptomyces kanamyceticus, and is effective against Gram-negative, Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma. . It can be used as a selection agent for cells transformed with Kanamycin B resistance gene.
