Description
This product comes in white or pale yellow instant granules. Each bag makes 1.2 L of 1× ice bath-free fast transfer buffer. The wet transfer method for Western blotting can be completed in 15 to 40 minutes. During preparation, anhydrous ethanol can be used instead of methanol. The entire transfer process generates minimal heat and does not require an ice bath.
