Formulation
Frozen solution of buffer containing: 100mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 500mM NaCl, 100mM MgCl2, 1mg/mL Prionex® (0.1% w/v).
Storage
Store at -20℃. To avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles aliquot product into smaller quantities.
