Description
The standard range non pre stained protein Marker is a mixture of 7 purified proteins, pre diluted with sample buffer and used for SDS-PAGE. After staining with SDS-PAGE and Coomassie Brilliant Blue, 7 bright and clear bands were formed within the range of 14.4 kDa to 116 kDa.

Application
The Protein Molecular Weight Marker is a mixture of seven purified proteins supplied pre-diluted with gel loading buffer for loading to an SDS-polyacrylamide gel (SDS-PAGE). The proteins resolve into sharp, tight bands in the range of 14.4 kDa to 116 kDa when analyzed by SDS-PAGE and stained with Coomassie Blue.
