Description
The TureColor standard range of 3-color pre stained protein markers contains 10 types of pre stained proteins. In the Tris Glycine buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-180 kDa; In the Bis Tris (MOPS) buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-200 kDa. In the HEPES buffer system, the molecular weight range is between 11 and 180 kDa. In the SDS-PAGE (Tris Glycine) experiment, 10 kDa bands were a mixture of blue and yellow, 70 kDa bands were orange, and the remaining bands were blue. TureColor pre stained Marker is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. This pre stained protein marker has been prepared in 1X SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly without boiling.
