Description
TureColor wide range dual color pre staining protein Marker contains 11 pre staining proteins. In the Tris Glycine buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-250 kDa; In the Bis Tris (MOPS) buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-235 kDa. In the HEPES buffer system, the molecular weight range is 13-245 kDa. In the SDS-PAGE (Tris Glycine) experiment, the 25 kDa and 70 kDa bands were orange, while the remaining bands were blue. TureColor pre stained Marker is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. This pre stained protein marker has been prepared in 1X SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly without boiling.
