Description
The TureColor standard range dual color pre stained protein Marker contains 8 types of pre stained proteins. In the Tris Glycine buffer system, the molecular weight range is 15-130 kDa; In the Bis Tris (MOPS) buffer system, the molecular weight range is 14-140 kDa. In the HEPES buffer system, the molecular weight range is 15-130 kDa. In the SDS-PAGE (Tris Glycine) experiment, 70 kDa bands were orange, while the remaining bands were blue. TureColor pre stained Marker is suitable as a protein molecular weight standard for SDS-PAGE and Western Blot. This pre stained protein marker has been prepared in 1X SDS-PAGE loading buffer and can be used directly without boiling.

TureColor two-color pre-stained protein Marker(Conventional range) contains eight purified prestaining proteins (15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 70, 100, 130 kDa) from 15 kDa to 130 kDa. Among them, 70 kDa bands are orange and the others are blue, which are suitable for SDS-PAGE and Western protein molecular weight standards.
