3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) Sensitive ELISA Substrate Solution — a high-purity, ready-to-use colorimetric substrate for HRP (horseradish peroxidase)-based immunoassays. This premium TMB reagent delivers consistent, high-sensitivity color development in ELISA, western blot and other peroxidase analytical applications. Upon oxidation by HRP and hydrogen peroxide, the solution produces a blue chromogenic product measurable at 370 nm or 655 nm, which shifts to yellow at 450 nm when terminated with acid for accurate quantification.
