Description
TBS buffer (Tris-Buffered Saline) 10× premixed powder is supplied as a biotech grade white powder for preparation of buffered saline solutions in laboratory research. When dissolved, the powder forms a Tris-buffered saline solution with a pH range of 7.25–7.55 at 1.2% concentration in water. Each pack is formulated to prepare 2 L of 10× concentrate or 20 L of 1× TBS buffer.
