Description
Reverse Transcriptase Positive Control (PC) is uesd to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reverse transcriptase activity assays. It is prepared in accordance with the reverse transcriptase activity test method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Sp2/0 cell culture supernatant are collected, supplemented with protective agent and frozen at -65℃ or below.
