Description

Recombinant Human Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a cytokine that plays a central role in the regulation of immune responses. It is primarily produced by activated T lymphocytes and promotes the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. This recombinant IL-2 protein is expressed in CHO cells and corresponds to the mature human IL-2 sequence (Ala21–Thr153), ensuring proper folding and post-translational modifications. With high purity (≥95%) and strong bioactivity (≥1 × 107 IU/mg), this product is suitable for a wide range of immunological and cell biology studies. The protein is supplied in a tag-free, lyophilized form, making it convenient for reconstitution and downstream applications.
