Description

Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a key hematopoietic cytokine that regulates the proliferation, differentiation, and activation of neutrophilic granulocyte precursors. It functions by binding to the G-CSF receptor (CSF3R), activating downstream signaling pathways such as JAK/STAT, PI3K/AKT, and MAPK, thereby promoting neutrophil production and survival. G-CSF plays a critical role in immune response and hematopoietic recovery.

This recombinant protein is expressed in CHO cells and corresponds to the mature human G-CSF sequence (Thr31–Pro204), ensuring proper folding and biological activity. With high purity (≥95%) and strong bioactivity (ED50 <0.5 ng/mL; ≥1 × 10⁷ units/mg in NFS-60 cell proliferation assay), this product is suitable for research in hematology, immunology, and cell biology. The protein is supplied in a tag-free, lyophilized form for convenient storage and reconstitution.
