Description
The non-structural protein 1 (NS1) of dengue virus type 2 is involved in viral replication and immune evasion, is highly immunogenic, and is present at high concentrations in serum during the acute phase of infection. This recombinant protein can be used to develop DENV2 serotype-specific immunoassays and serve as an antigen control.
