Specification

Full name
RealBand Pre-stained Protein Marker,3 colors,Standard Range,10~180 kDa
Applications SDS-PAGE, WB membrane transfer, molecular weight estimation
Summary The RealBand standard range of 3-color pre stained protein markers contains 10 types of pre stained proteins. In the Tris Glycine buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-180 kDa; In the Bis Tris (MOPS) buffer system, the molecular weight range is 9-170 kDa. In the HEPES buffer system, the molecular weight range is 10-170 kDa. In the SDS-PAGE (Tris Glycine) experiment, the protein covalently couples with the blue chromophore to form a blue band, and two reference bands have enhancement effects (25 kDa green band and 75 kDa red band, respectively). RealBand pre staining Marker can be used to monitor protein separation during the SDS-PAGE process, verify Western membrane transfer efficiency (PVDF membrane, NC membrane), and determine protein molecular weight. The RealBand pre stained protein marker is stored in the loading buffer and can be used directly. Do not heat, dilute, or add other reducing agents before loading the sample.
