The ReadiMag™ cfDNA Isolation Kit is designed for the isolation of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from plasma, serum, and urine samples. The kit is based on magnetic bead technology, enabling reproducible recovery of high-quality DNA that is suitable for a broad range of applications, including real-time PCR, digital PCR, and next-generation sequencing.
It is intended for research use only and not for use in diagnostic procedures. The kit provides all necessary components for the extraction process, including magnetic beads, lysis binding buffer, washing buffer, elution buffer, and proteinase K.
