Description
Precast-GLgel Hepes Native-PAGE 12% (10-Well) is a ready-to-use, non-denaturing gel designed for analyzing proteins in their native, biologically active state. Constructed with an innovative glass plate design, it effectively reduces non-specific protein adsorption and produces clearer, sharper native protein bands.
This 12% HEPES-based precast gel comes fully prepared with matched Native-PAGE running buffer, allowing direct sample loading without manual gel preparation. The 12% concentration offers balanced resolving capability for medium molecular weight native proteins, and is also suitable for analyzing membrane proteins and native protein complexes, which require gentle separation while maintaining structural integrity.
