Description
Precast-Gel Hepes-Tris 12% (15-Well) is a high-performance precast polyacrylamide gel designed to deliver sharper and clearer protein bands. Manufactured with automated gel-casting technology, the GLASS Gel system ensures excellent stability and batch-to-batch consistency. The glass plate structure effectively minimizes non-specific protein adsorption, enhancing band resolution. Electrophoresis can be completed within 40–50 minutes at 150 V.
This gel is free of SDS and is compatible with both denaturing and native electrophoresis. It fits most mainstream mini electrophoresis tanks, including Bio-Rad, Tanon, and Junyi Dongfang. Various concentrations and gradient formats are available, with customization offered for special requirements. When used with Quick Bands fluorescent loading buffer (Catalog #: ES008), protein bands can be directly observed under UV or LED light without staining or destaining.
