Description
The AutoPlex-12 is a fully automatic fluorescent PCR analysis system that integrates nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection in a closed environment. It supports simultaneous testing of up to 12 samples, each capable of detecting up to 16 genetic targets, achieving efficient “sample-in, result-out” workflows. Using pre-dispensed reagent strips and magnetic bead extraction technology, the system offers high sensitivity, stable results, and minimized hands-on time. Its open platform design ensures compatibility with a wide range of fluorescent quantitative PCR reagent systems, both liquid and lyophilized, making it ideal for hospitals, CDC laboratories, customs inspection, and scientific research institutions.
Specification
This instrument uses the magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction, which is different from other mobile liquid magnetic bead purification methods. The method is to transfer the magnetic beads in the reagent strip containing specific reagents. The magnetic rod is matched with the disposable magnetic rod cover, and the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod cover are separated to realize the collection, release, transfer, incubation, and elution of the magnetic beads. The method has the advantages of high degree of automation, fast extraction speed, stable results, and easy operation.
