AutoPlex-Neo is a fully automatic nucleic acid amplification rapid detection equipment, which integrates nucleic acid extraction, PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection, and performs nucleic acid extraction and amplification in a closed environment. The operation is simple, and one experiment supports the detection of up to 16 targets per sample. Fast speed, small size, no need to transfer tubes, and small volume can realize the well experimental process of sample input and result output. The nucleic acid extraction method based on the magnetic bead method is compatible with a variety of reagent systems. It has a wide range of application scenarios. When multi-sample detection is required, multiple devices can be used in parallel, which is flexible and convenient to use.

This instrument uses the magnetic bead method for nucleic acid extraction, which is different from other mobile liquid magnetic bead purification methods. The method is to transfer the magnetic beads in the reagent strip containing specific reagents. The magnetic rod is matched with the disposable magnetic rod cover, and the magnetic rod and the magnetic rod cover are separated to realize the collection, release, transfer, incubation, and elution of the magnetic beads. The method has the advantages of high degree of automation, fast extraction speed, stable results, and easy operation.
