Description
This product is a high-fidelity high-temperature resistant DNA polymerase isolated from the pyrophilus furiosis, with a molecular weight of 90 kDa, with 3'→5' exonuclease activity, no 5'→3' exonuclease activity, and its amplification product is blunt-end without protruding A. The elongation velocity of DNA polymerization was 600 bp/min, and the PCR product was blunt-end. Other high-temperature DNA polymerases, such as Vent, DeepVent, Tli, UlTma, etc., have correction functions, but Pfu has a very low error rate in amplifying DNA among all DNA polymerases that have been discovered so far.

Features
