The OS-T40-Plus / OS-T60-Plus LCD Digital Timed Overhead Stirrer is a powerful laboratory mixing system designed for precise stirring of medium to high-viscosity liquids. With a maximum stirring capacity of up to 50 L (H₂O) and a torque output of up to 60 N·cm, the stirrer provides reliable mixing performance for demanding laboratory and industrial research applications.
The instrument features a wide speed range of 50–2200 rpm and supports forward, reverse, and intermittent rotation modes to accommodate different mixing processes. The integrated brushless DC motor ensures stable operation, low noise, and long service life while maintaining high efficiency during continuous operation.
An LCD display provides real-time monitoring of key parameters including speed, torque, time, and temperature. The built-in timer function allows programmable operation from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, enabling precise control of experimental workflows. When connected to the PT1000 external temperature sensor (±0.2 °C accuracy), the system can display and monitor sample temperature during stirring.
The overhead stirrer automatically adjusts torque output to maintain constant speed when sample viscosity changes, ensuring stable mixing conditions. Safety features such as overload protection, safety lock, and alarm notifications help protect both the instrument and samples during operation.
Equipped with multiple communication interfaces including RS485, USB, and Type-C, the OS-T40-Plus / OS-T60-Plus allows convenient data transmission and remote monitoring. With a chuck clamp diameter range of 0.5–10 mm and a robust compact design, this overhead stirrer provides a reliable and versatile solution for laboratory mixing tasks involving viscous liquids and large-volume samples.
