Ni-NTA Sefinose® Resin 6FF is a high-performance affinity chromatography medium designed for the purification of recombinant proteins with polyhistidine tags. The resin consists of a highly cross-linked 6% agarose matrix covalently coupled to a tridentate chelating agent (Nitrilotriacetic acid, or NTA).
