Description

The LCD Digital Control 4-Inch Heating Magnetic Stirrer (2024 Model) is a compact and high-performance laboratory instrument designed for simultaneous heating and mixing of liquid samples. Equipped with a durable 4-inch glass ceramic work plate (100 × 100 mm), the device provides excellent resistance to strong acids, alkalis, and high temperatures while remaining easy to clean after reagent or solvent spills.

The magnetic stirrer supports a maximum stirring volume of up to 10 liters (H₂O) and offers a precise stirring speed range of 50–1500 rpm with 1 rpm increments. The brushless DC motor ensures stable stirring performance, low noise operation, and long service life without maintenance. The integrated LCD display clearly shows real-time and set values for speed, temperature, and time, allowing intuitive operation and accurate experimental control.

The heating plate provides a temperature range from room temperature up to 550 °C with 1 °C adjustment increments. When used with the included high-precision PT1000 external temperature sensor (±0.2 °C accuracy), the system enables accurate monitoring and control of sample temperature during heating and mixing processes.

For enhanced safety, the instrument includes multiple protective functions such as residual heat warning above 50 °C, adjustable safety temperature limits, overheating protection at 580 °C, and dual independent safety circuits that continuously monitor the system. If abnormal conditions occur, the device automatically stops heating and displays an alert.

The corrosion-resistant metal housing improves heat dissipation and durability, while the raised waterproof edge and drainage platform help prevent liquid infiltration into internal components. The timer function supports programmable operation from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, automatically stopping heating when the countdown ends while maintaining stirring to protect samples.
