The optimized buffer reaction system effectively inhibits non-specific amplification and greatly increases the amplification efficiency of qPCR, making it suitable for ultra-sensitive qPCR detection. This product has been verified by animal embryo sex detection and can efficiently amplify genomic DNA with as little as 10 pg of starting template, supporting demanding applications such as single-cell detection and low copy gene detection.
