Quickly and efficiently recover 20bp-10kb DNA fragments from agarose gel

This kit uses the spin column and formula developed by our company, which can efficiently recover high-purity DNA fragments from agarose gel. The kit can recover DNA fragments in a wide range. Under normal conditions, DNA fragments of 30bp-10kb can be recovered. A minimum of 30μl of eluent can be used to increase the concentration of recovered DNA.

The kit is easy to operate and has few steps. It only needs several centrifugation to process multiple samples at the same time, and high-purity recovered DNA fragments can be obtained in 15 minutes.

Storage

This kit can be stored for 12 months under dry conditions at room temperature (15-25°C); if it needs to be stored for a longer period of time, it can be stored at 2-8°C.

Note: If stored at low temperature, the solution is prone to precipitation. Before use, be sure to place the solution in the kit at room temperature for a period of time. If necessary, preheat it in a 37°C water bath for 10 minutes to dissolve the precipitate, and mix it before use.
