Description
Laboratories working with limited DNA, RNA or protein samples need rapid concentration measurements without consuming excessive material. The Biofargo Fluorometer X Series uses 1–20 µL of sample and completes each measurement in no more than five seconds.
Three configurations support different laboratory requirements. The single-sample Biofargo X1 measures DNA and RNA. The eight-sample X2 is designed for DNA measurement, while the eight-sample X3 supports DNA, RNA, ssDNA and protein measurement together with direct Fluorometer and Kinetics programs.

Application
NGS Library Quantification
Quantification of DNA libraries before next-generation sequencing loading using a compatible fluorescence assay. The 1–20 µL sample-volume requirement helps conserve prepared NGS library material.
qPCR Template Quantification
Measurement of DNA or RNA template concentrations before qPCR or RT-qPCR setup. Quantification can support consistent template input across experimental reactions.
AAV DNA and mRNA Quantification
Fluorescence-based quantification of prepared AAV DNA or mRNA samples using a compatible assay kit. Select a Biofargo model that supports the required nucleic acid type.
Single-Cell Library Quantification
Microvolume quantification of limited single-cell library preparations before downstream processing. The X3 high-sensitivity dsDNA program has a documented concentration range of 0.005–120 ng/µL.
