Description
Drawer freezer racks keep standard 133 × 133 mm cryoboxes organized in upright –80°C ultra-low temperature freezers, so each sample has a fixed, traceable position and can be retrieved quickly. These stainless steel lab freezer racks hold 2-inch and 3-inch cryoboxes in nine layouts, from 9 to 35 boxes per rack, and are compatible with the full range of Haier Biomedical ultra-low temperature freezers.
The sliding drawer design lets you pull out a single row of boxes without removing the whole rack from the freezer. This shortens door-open time, reduces frost buildup and limits temperature exposure for the samples you are not retrieving. The front handle is designed to resist freezing to the rack and is easy to grip with gloves.
Racks are offered in two grades of stainless steel. SUS304 contains about 8% nickel and resists corrosion through repeated frost and defrost cycles, making it the recommended choice for long-term biobank and clinical storage. SUS201 is an economical option for general laboratory use. All seams are joined by pulsed capacitor discharge resistance welding for strong, clean, smooth welds.
