Description
Monkey Primary Liver Kupffer Cells from Cell Biologics are isolated from Cynomolgus Monkey liver tissues and grown in tissue culture plates with Cell Biologics’ Cell Culture Medium. Live Cells at passage 0 in culture plates or flasks are shipped and cells are ready used for experiments. Cells are characterized by immunofluorescence staining using an antibody of CD11b. Primary Liver Kupffer Cells can not be cultured indefinitely and can not be passaged.
Handling of Arriving Live Cells
Live Cells at passage 0 in culture plates or flasks are shipped overnight. When you receive the live cells in plates or flasks, remove the sticker from the filter cap, and keep the plates or flasks with 3-15 ml existing medium in 37°C CO2 incubator for 1 hour before replacing the desired Cell Biologics' cell culture medium.
