Cynomolgus Monkey Bone Marrow Neutrophils – Frozen Vial

Description

Monkey Bone Marrow Neutrophils from Cell Biologics are isolated from Cynomolgus monkey tibias and femurs. The cells at passage 0 are cryo-preserved, each vial contains 5x10⁶ cells per ml and is delivered frozen. Cells in suspension culture can be used for designed experiments under the cell culture conditions specified by Cell Biologics. Cells can be used in standard biochemical procedures include FACS,  PCR, Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, ROS, or cell derivatives for desired research applications. Cells are negative for bacteria, yeast, fungi, and mycoplasma.  These cells will not proliferate in culture and cannot be passaged.

Storage

Cryopreserved Cells are shipped with dry ice overnight. Upon arrival, transfer frozen cells to liquid nitrogen (-180°C) immediately until ready for use. Live cell shipment is also available on request. Primary cells can never be kept at -20 °C or -80 °C freezer.
