Description
This 4-color prestained protein ladder consists of 9 protein bands ranging from 10 to 270 kDa in Tris-Glycine buffer, covering a broad molecular weight range suitable for routine SDS-PAGE and Western blot applications. It enables real-time monitoring of protein separation, accurate estimation of target protein molecular weight, and evaluation of transfer efficiency. Additionally, the 10 kDa, 25 kDa, 110 kDa, and 130 kDa bands are labeled with fluorescent dyes, making the ladder compatible with near-infrared fluorescence imaging systems.
