Description
The Human Urine cfDNA Extraction Kit (Cat. CF-DNA-301) is designed for high-efficiency isolation of circulating cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from up to 50 mL of urine in a single preparation. The kit utilizes an innovative double-layer column technology that maximizes cfDNA recovery while eliminating genomic DNA contamination from lysed white blood cells.
The eluted cfDNA is highly pure and immediately ready for downstream molecular applications, including next-generation sequencing (NGS), qPCR, digital PCR, and methylation analysis.
This kit is particularly suited for applications requiring large input volumes, such as early-stage cancer detection or liquid biopsy studies where cfDNA abundance is low.
