Usage Instructions

Compatible with equilibration buffers and wash buffers for Ni-NTA/IDA resin purification. The imidazole concentration in the wash buffer depends on the protein sample. For most contaminating proteins, a concentration of 10-20 mM imidazole is typically recommended. For Ni-TED resin, use with product C600500.
