The Auto-Pure 24 magnetic separation system is an ideal partner for the Revvity T-SPOT™.TB test and T-Cell Select™ reagent kit in medium high-throughput laboratories.

Designed for automation

Its plate-based design allows convenient processing of up to 24 samples per run using the pre-loaded T-Cell Select reagent protocol. The plates are compatible with liquid handling platforms, enabling greater walk-away time and improved workflow automation.

A custom protocol supports rapid and efficient automation of the peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation stage of the T-SPOT.TB test. The Auto-Pure 24 uses a tip-comb and 24-well deep-well plates to process samples. The magnet captures the cell-antibody-bead complex, which is then washed and eluted.
