Biofargo 96-Well Black TC-Treated Cell Culture Plates with Flat Clear Bottom are premium sterile cell culture consumables designed for sensitive fluorescence assays, luminescence detection, high-content imaging, adherent cell culture, and high-throughput screening workflows. Manufactured from high-clarity polystyrene with a black-walled, transparent flat-bottom design, these plates help minimize background interference and well-to-well optical cross-talk while supporting accurate microscopic observation and signal detection.
The TC-treated surface promotes reliable cell attachment and uniform adherent cell growth, making the plates suitable for a wide range of cell biology and screening applications. Produced, processed, and individually packaged in a cleanroom environment, each plate undergoes strict quality control to ensure consistent dimensional accuracy, surface flatness, cleanliness, and biological performance.
Designed in compliance with ANSI/SBS standards, the plates are compatible with most microplate readers, automated liquid handling systems, imaging instruments, and other high-throughput laboratory platforms. The low-evaporation lid-to-plate matching design helps reduce medium loss and minimizes edge effects during extended incubation periods, improving assay consistency and experimental reproducibility.
Each plate is gamma irradiation sterilized, non-pyrogenic (<0.5 EU/mL), and individually sealed in a PET blister package with Tyvek® peelable film for secure sterility protection and convenient laboratory handling.
