Preparation Instructions:

Dissolve 46 g of 2xYT Agar powder in 1 liter of distilled water.

Heat with frequent stirring to bring to a complete boil.

Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes.

Pour into sterile petri dishes under aseptic conditions.
