Structural Design

  • Cap options: available in vented or flat-top designs.

  • Seal integrity: features an integrated molding design inside the closure that fits tightly against the beveled bottle neck, ensuring a perfect fit between cap and bottle and maintaining a T-shaped leak-proof system without gaskets, minimizing contamination risk.

  • Threads: the bottle neck and cap use tapered threads for smooth screwing and easy tightening, superior to low-quality round threads.

  • Anti-eccentric and anti-slip stop at the bottle neck to prevent slipping during handling.

  • Bottle body: fully transparent with high gloss (light transmittance ≥ 80%), uniform wall thickness, and conical shape for pressure resistance.

  • Concave, streamlined bottom design for enhanced stability during use.

  • Clear graduation marks for easy observation of liquid volume.

Manufacturing Process

Produced under cGMP standards with no human contact, ensuring excellent product consistency.

Sterile, non-toxic, and free from heat sources.

Gamma-irradiated sterilization with individually sealed sterile packaging for ease of use.

Made domestically with stable supply and cost control.

Features

  • Manufactured from medical-grade polycarbonate (PC), compliant with ISO 10993 and USP <661>.

  • Bottle Body: Made of high-transparency polycarbonate (PC) with excellent mechanical strength and high-temperature resistance.

  • Bottle Cap: Designed with a PTFE hydrophobic vent membrane that maintains sealing integrity and ventilation performance even when in contact with liquids.

  • Polycarbonate (PC): A thermoplastic material combining the advantages of metal, glass, and plastic. It is transparent and maintains excellent thermal stability over a wide temperature range from -130°C to +130°C.

  • Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG): A transparent plastic known for its clarity, toughness, and airtightness, making it an ideal material for manufacturing storage and culture vessels.

  • PC material offers high transparency, strong impact resistance, oxidation resistance, and heat resistance up to 121°C.

  • Clear and accurate graduations on the outer wall provide convenient and precise volume reading.

  • Available with sealed caps or vented caps featuring a 0.22 μm PTFE membrane that allows gas exchange while preventing contamination.

  • Automated production in self-owned GMP workshops ensures consistent quality, stable supply, and cost efficiency.

  • Certified DNase/RNase-free, pyrogen-free, and precipitation-free.

  • Individually packaged and radiation-sterilized, achieving the highest Sterility Assurance Level (SAL 10⁻⁶).

  • Suitable for small-scale development, cell culture scale-up, and training applications.

Application

  • Designed for the cultivation of various suspension cells, including 293 and CHO.

  • Widely used in process development, biopharmaceutical production, vaccine development, and protein research.

  • Ideal for small-scale experiments, preliminary studies, media optimization, and pilot screenings of bacterial or mammalian cell cultures.

  • Compact 125 mL Erlenmeyer Flask ensures efficient gas exchange and nutrient utilization in limited-space laboratory setups.

  • Suitable for small-scale process development and stepwise scale-up culture stages.
